hello everyone, I pretty close to buying a z35f but i have 1 question. I plan on buying the barebone here at https://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?name=DMZ35FWDVB
but when I look at the specs it says yonah processor. I plan on getting a core 2 duo memron T5600 1.83ghz. Will it work? or is there another model I should be looking at.

No, the merom will work. I dont even think that the Z35 needs a BIOS update for the merom cpus, unlike some other models.

Merom is just a 64 bit version of Yonah.

actually, i think there may be two different models for the z35f....one that is merom compatible, and one that isn't.

Both units will work, there is a Z35fm I believe it is that is "certified", but that's honestly just a joke.

Are you looking at that white model alone? If you're looking for the charcoal and silver model, drop me a line and I could help you out with our member program... we never carried the white version of that though.
