I personally charge a 95% restocking fee. I’ll guarantee no bad pixels, but you’ll have to pay the restocking fee.

ProPortable, ISTNC, Geared2Play, and Startech have all posted here. You might want to read their policies on their websites. Most have a 15% restocking fee. Bad pixels typically fall under Asus’ bad-pixel policy.

Sorry for the sarcastic post, but no vendor owns this site, and many frequent it.

Bad pixels.... good luck finding a bad pixel on the W5....... it'd be almost so impossible that betting against finding one would almost be a sure thing.

The only way you could not like the W5 is if you got white and would rather black, or vice versa...... or if the screen is too small. It's got a full size keyboard and basically everything else and more that you can ask for in a computer that small....... it's a nice system.

    Thanks,
    Justin

I did not realize you were a reseller. You must be a henchman of one of the companies that were mentioned. Who do you work for? [)]
    daeseungpark
Who is your question adressed to. Notebookreview has no affiliation to resellers unlike some other forums. No names. Everyone here charges restocking. You should do extensive research before you buy products online. Needless to say i cant imagine how you can be dissatisfied with m5n. The theory here is asus customers are overwhelmingly happy and most come back. Not sure who invented this theory though. I may not even be quoting. [^]

Is the W5A covered by the Zero Bright Dot policy?

No. Only the V6 is right now (in the US).... the new W1's and W2's WILL be, but they're not out yet.

    Thanks,
