    Hi guys,
In the last week of december i boxed up my g73jh and sent it on its journey to asus magical and dangerous rma land. With a tear in my eye i waved goodbye, hoping with all my heart that it would make it back in one piece.
After a 3 week business trip i arrive back home hoping to see a little fedex slip on my door telling me my laptop has returned . Instead i spend 4 phone calls just to find out the service department sent my laptop to the wrong address several states over.
Fast forward many back and forth phone calls to today, i call once again hoping that i can talk to a supervisor instead of being told they will contact me the 6th time(they never do). Im told my laptop has been recovered and will undergo testing and be shipped back to me.
My question to you guys is should i be satisfied with this answer or should i call back demanding a replacement unit, do i have any right to a replacement unit ?

P.s my laptop has been siting in some strangers house for at least a month already doing god knows what. Testing probably means they will check if it turns on . And there are some things no amount of testing can find out. I bet my computer is just one big logic bomb waiting to splode

Reject it on the basis its not in the condition you supplied it to asus.

I would not be happy if my SSD cam back with more wear.
