I'm really looking forward to this little guy. Just wondering if there is any update on its release, or specific specs.

Rahul, I think this model will be updated along with everything else, in the April timeframe as the Intel Santa Rosa platform launches. I like this lappy myself and Asus is actually marketing these now with full-page ads in PC World. Here's the link for them to track interest, so please feel free to click through a lot! :)

We need to let Asus know we actually like it when they market their notebooks.

BTW, the ad lists better specs for the hard disk than the Asus site: 120GB/5400RPM hard disk and Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR. Memory is still 533, but it's supplied in 2x512MB. Is one module soldered to the motherboard? Does anyone know?

We're not going to see a new S6f in the US until probably May/June with the Santa Rosa Platform.

For December, we just got in a handful of the Pink Leather versions and those were actually updated to a L2400 (1.66ghz ULV Core Duo), 120gb HDD, and is coming with a 3 cell AND a 6 cell battery......... but they're also $600 more than the non-leather model and $200 more than the tan or brown leather models..... Is it worth it? ... Well you'd be surprised at who wants a pink leather laptop - honestly..... But really, it's good as is, for what it does... I'm not sure if Asus has plans for putting in a 64bit cpu, at least until there are no 32bit's left..... It's not a system that I think is really suited for the high end programs that will be coming out in a 64bit platform.. So, I don't think it's going to affect S6 sales - to be honest.
