    hi. my screen is too dim... i know that it have to be much brighter because at one point it was. not sure what to do... what could be the solution for this problem?

    Simple question, but did you turn up the brigthness?

    =) yes i did. i tried every setting i could find, i tried function keys...

    How about in the BIOS. Is the screen normally bright in the BIOS? Otherwise it might be a hardware issue.

    Please take into account that the screen will dim automatically when on battery power, to conserve power.
