    smartlogon issue

    Hi,

    i recently uninstalled all the uneccesary apps that came bundled with the preloaded windows on my k52je and for some reason, some utilities (like the touchpad, smartlogon face recognition, hotkeys etc) just stopped working. so i went about reinstalling these utilities including smartlogon.

    however, smartlogon doesn't want to run on startup at the logon screen? even though i've set it to in the smartlogon manager

    can anyone help me?

    I would recomend not using smartlogon, first because it rarely works and is very glitchy, second is because it is not a smart login system, it merely compares the face against pictures that the webcam has already taken so the angle and everything has to be exact and that also means someone with a picture of you can log into the computer simply by holding up a picture of you.
