    when ever i open up something like a game or internet it tends to be really really slow and then it says not responding...idk what can be the problem cause i cant check it ...should i reboot to xp ..cause i think this is vista doing.

    Open the task manager (ctrl+alt+del), organize the rows of processes by memory usage and see what's using the most memory so often.
