So I stripped one of my T5 torx screws. I tried a flat head to try to get it out, without success.

    Can anyone suggest anything?

I'm thinking of going to the Asus Service Center in Markham to have them fix it. Is there a better alternative?

I'd recommend bonding it, I could never get the rubber band thing to work.

    Thanks guys.

I ended up going to the Markham Service Centre this morning, and they fixed it in less than ten minutes!

They said they had some special tools to get it out.

    They didn't even charge me.

That was nice of them :)

I have used everything from a serrated knife to a dremmel to sort out stuck screws in the past lol.
