    system doesnt boot up after fresh install !!

    i have bought a new s96j without win xp .
    when i installd windows myself he didnt gave any problems .after the install he booted up automaticly into windows .i installed the hotfix and rebooted the laptop. than he said that there was a problem with startup of windows and i can chose between normal and safemode start up . neither of them work and it just resets and gives me the same screen .
    i reinstald xp 2 times but it never works .

    right after the install he boots up everything worked but if i want to restart he gives me this screen.

    PLEASE help me

    I'm not really sure what could be wrong. If I were in your situation I would do a fresh install of Windows by reformatting the hard drive first and then proceeding to install Windows. If it still gives you problems, maybe you could call ASUS.

    make sure you are using the latest fixes/drivers/programs from the asus website.
