Hey guys, I just got my wife an F555LA Asus laptop. Two questions:

The "D" key came off the keyboard. I popped it back in, but it comes off easily again. Specifically, any pressure on the upper part of the key causes the bottom part of the key to pop back out. Asus support says we have to send the whole laptop back for a repair.. any ideas about anything simpler?

The second question is about the touchpad. When doing a single tap on the touchpad, there is a small but noticeable amount of input lag. In particular, tapping the touchpad is clearly laggier than physically pressing in the lower left part of the pad until the button physically "clicks". It's maybe around 100 ms of lag. Any ideas what to do about this? I've tried updating the smart gesture driver/software, and playing around with settings, but I couldn't get anything to work.
