    Hello there,
    i got a u50vg with win 7 professional x64 (through msdnaa).
I installed the drivers from the nvidia website (for the 105M, 186.31), and, sadly, powermizer isn't working. basically all tools report that the gpu is running with the highest clocks: 580MHZ for gpu, 1450 for shaders, 400 for memory, 2d desktop would be 275/550/250 or 500/1000/400 for intermediary. The low clocks aren't reached even if i pull out the AC adapter and run on battery. (and battery life is really important, so it is kinda important)

    Any thoughts on this ?

Can you try installing the Vista GPU drivers provided by ASUS?
