    There is no specific setting - you have to find out what your CPU will do via trial and error. To find the safe operating voltages I would suggest that you start at around 1.15V and run Prime 95 for only a few minutes per step before dropping the voltage another step. Once you start seeing errors move up a step and run a very long test. If this is OK then set the operating voltage at one or two steps higher still.

    Full details of the undervolting procedure are in the FAQ thread.

    go it thanks! now how I do make speedfan to boot because I have to load it everytime I boot, I dont know why...

    edit: got it working these settings:

    6x = 0.716 and 16x = 1.116
    6x is min 800MHz and 16x is max 2.13GHz

    speedfan - speed fan 4 @ min 20%- max 40% 1059 RPM
    average idle temp 46 celcius
    on load not heavy... not over 55 sweet!
    cpu desire 50 warning 60
    Local 55 - 60
    Remote2 75 - 85
    HDD 40 -50 ( I can hear this one now ;) )

    W2v.... now we are talking!

    To get Speedfan to start automatically, put a shortcut into C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\.

    Also, carry out a prolonged torture test with Prime 95 to confirm that your voltage settings are OK. You may still want to raise the voltage another notch. It is now winter in the northern hemisphere so ambient temperatures are lower and computers stay cooler. When summer comes again your CPU may get a bit warmer and potentially become less stable.
