    Is the S1 heavier than V1JP? I would also love see a comparison of these two machines if anyone is quailfied to do so. Thanks in advance.

    I have played around with both, the S1 is roughly the same as the V1JP at 6.5 lbs.

    I suggest you read the review of the V1JP of MysticGolem and you may want to check out my review on the LG S1, both are very nice laptops, but the ASUS has more features, with the multi-bay and docking station capabilities.

    Too bad you can't have the features of the V1JP with the looks of the S1. Every time I look at pictures of the S1, its hard to want a 'conventional' looking laptop anymore.

    If you get some time MilestonePC, could you take some pictures of the 2 laptops side by side?
