    Hey guys, I was wondering what program makes the wireless switch work on my v2je. I am currently running windows MCE. Thanks

    More specifically, the Intel Proset Driver and Utility that comes with the laptop.

    You cannot simply download it from Intel -- the switch and LEDs are custom on each laptop and the integrator must write software to react to user input and talk to Intel's software to turn wireless on and off.

    Consequently, this means you must use the version from ASUS and you can't always use the latest drivers unless you're willing to give up the ability to switch it off on the unit (software control still works, however you don't see the LEDs light up). There probably is some drop-in file module to do this, but I have not really taken a good look at it to be sure.
