First of all I like to tell everyone that MilestonePc is a great place to order your asus. I even had Daniel call me from his house to ask how I liked my w3j I told him I loved it. I ordered my sleeve from booq its the viper xm it fits like it was made for it. Very solid thin and sleek just what a sleeve is suppose to be like. If anyone wants to see some pics just let me know....

Can you post some piqs pls? I'm interested in using it for my A8Jm. Do you think the sleeve could fit something about an inch thicker at the back?

post some pics!! I was also thinking of getting the Booq sleeve as well.. is it sturdy or soft or? would you trust dropping your laptop when its in the case from a foot off the ground?

i ended up going with another zero shock sleeve from korea from ebay.. same price as the booq.. dunno y i didn't get the booq, i don't think i trust it

ya pics would be great, how much extra bulk does it add to the W3J? i have a Targus sleeve form Best Buy i use now just for scratches but that thing looks like it would offer actual support, the Targus one is floppy just a scratch guard really. anyways, thanks for the info! that case is now on my short list.

I have been looking at both the booq model and the zero shock one. Anyone have w3j experience w/ the latter?

I don't have a W3J, but I did buy a Booqbag. They are a bit expensive but the design and build quality are superb. I wanted something that wasn't too bulky but protected well so I went for the PowerSleeve XL90. It is very nice and I recommend these bags for everyone who wants their laptops to fit like a glove in a well constructed bag. Many pics are available for all models on the company website. *No, I don't work for them, I'm just a big fan of quality.

The Viper XM ( http://www.booqbags.com/Detail.bok?no=362) says laptop compartment is 12.7" wide but the W3J is 13" wide according to MilestonePC. So did it just barely squeeze in? Newegg says the A8jm is 13.2" so maybe that one would be too big...

nevermind i should have clicked the link in the post above mine. however i would be curious if it can still fit the A8jm if it really is bigger than W3J

This all depends on what kind of sleeve you want. Meaning fabric type, thickness, and just the amount of overall protecting compared to bulkyness, ect.

If you want something that will protect your W3J I recommend the REI sleeve, because I've used it before and it has plenty of protection.

Go to your local Best Buy or Circuit City to check out their cheap sleeves, which don't protect very well from a drop but are less than $20 (most of them). <--- Case Logics makes theres out of neoprene and it's real thing, a nice sleeve with little protection.

best is that that the notebook is inserted in the sleve through the short side so that u can easily take the laptop in and out without having to take the sleeve off when you have the sleeve inside the bag
