    hi all,

i am having problem getting the modem driver install on my w3j, there is a yellow question mark on a PCI device in device manager, i have everything else installed fine except for the modem. I tried to install it from the original cd and downloaded the driver from asus website, both gave me this error msg, "install failed! motoral windows 2000/xp wdm modem"

I checked BIOS setting and found that modem/audio is enabled... i'm really stuck here, could it be somehow the modem is turn off by pressing certain keys?? i'm beginning to think that i may have a defected modem :( , i'd really appreciate any help, thanks!!!
