I can't get out of Hibernation nor Standby, because the drivers doesn't have the power management function to bring system out of its coma. :p

I found this out from MS website, so i am wondering if anyone know where i can grab a driver with power management...

Doesn't it wake up if you push a key on the keyboard? Why do you need to use the touchpad?
