w90vp-x2 need vga driver that works to play a game

please help. Its been a long day. I have called asus 4 times today. I've had to do a recovery already, since they claimed that windows update corrupted the system and the new drivers dated 3/31/09 will not install.

I think something is wrong with the drivers from their download site. I unzipped them, ran set up - chose the express installation and they didnt load like nvidia drivers would have..

I checked my device manager after a restart and nothing had updated.

Please help. I had loaded Wow prior to bein told to do the the recovery ( f9) ,, the graphics were weak and watered down looking. I am a G1s owner , so Im not completely ignorant to how Vista works.
-- I am so upset with their tech support right now. They act like elitist jerks in a way. Still no resolution. 10 hours later.

update from asus -- the file they told me to download yesterday is not the right driver for mobile 4870's.... unbelievable... I suppose they are waiting for a modded INF file for these.. in the meantime,,, i've done ANOTHER recovery .. going to see if disabling one card makes a difference... but i still have to reinstall the game ( patches,,omg hours) and this is a royal pain in the butt..


If you know of any mobile drivers for the 4870'sx2 . PLEASE post a link to them here for me.

 

Um why not install the drivers from the driver disk? And the ones from Asus site worked for me unless they have changed them.
