    just received my x1 and all was well. dnlded ntune to check temps when i tried it the computer said it has to shut down. !!!! what is going on but the computer is very nice other than that

    said it recovered from a unexpected problem..



    update: ok tried to do the nvidia monitor and it shut down again.. that program is now removed. I still would like to know what is going on

    Ntune is an unstable POS, don't waste your time with it. It's not just your system.

    yeah got rid of ntune but now the nvidia contol panel which came on the machine crashes it too..!!!!


    its a gtv50-x1. what could be the problemsearched for updated drivers said it had the latest.. what do i do from here. cant use my nvidia stuff in the control panel. battery is in with charger if that helps or has anything to do with it and its elevated for circulation

    yeah i just found that out and how do i set this bad boy to run good. i just want it to run fast and cool if possible
    hope i didnt ruin this thing already i dont have any luck with this ish

    reinstall your gpu driver maybe?..try 179.48 from the nvidia site and make sure you use driversweeper to clean out after you uninstall the current driver.

    but yeah ntune didnt work for me either..i use HW monitor to watch temps and flashed my card as far as an oc goes....good luck tho
