    when notebook move, it shutdown unexpectedly. I updated all driver and operating system. (For instance bios is 214). I send it teleservice international Turkey (Asus service in Turkey) 10 days ago. There wasn't found any hardware problem by the service and returned me. I will plan to send it to service back again. I have described to problem via video and attached the link below. Expression is turkish but It can be understood
    Warranty is valid.

    when it originally shut down was it on battery power?

    yes. It works properly with battery or AC power. OS is stable. but sometimes, when it moves, it shutdowns unexpectedly even if battery level is %100.

    Sounds like there may be something loose causing a short inside if it is moved or a weak connection.

    Sounds like a loose DC jack to me.

    use with battery or use with electric power. It shutdwons each of them.
