    dont i press ESC to load the cd, or do i press something else. i just wanna reformat then i guess i'll insert the drivers disk

    You set the boot order in the BIOS to cd-rom drive before hard drive, then when you boot the computer it will ask you if you want to boot off the recovery dvd.

    Or you can press ESC. PLEASE, do not make 5 threads for problems that are so tightly related to each other (some even identical). Just ask all the questions in one place, you are filling the pages with threads uselessly.
