where can I buy w3j now?

I was trying to buy w3j in next couple weeks, but i found out that this model has been sold out in both proportable.com and geared2play.com.

so where can i buy w3j now?

milestonepc is a canadian company but they ship to the USA.

 

I bought mine at NCIX.com a week ago... they have it in stock and they do pricematches too... can't wait till it comes

 

Tiger Direct says "usually ships in 1-2 days." That's not in stock. Also I got the distinct impression that milestone doesn't have any either, as I ordered mine last Thursday and it still hasn't shipped. Last I heard was that they were getting some more stock on Tuesday.

Tigerdirect always says something like usually ships in 1-2 days. I have Tigerdirect about 2 miles away from me. I would buy one but their RAM is (512x2), I was looking for a (1GBx1) so in the future all I have to do is add one more stick of ram. zipzoomfly.com says "In Stock", and supposedly when they don't have any left it automatically add the Backorder option. The prices of these two are 1799.99 unlike BTOTECH (G2P) or Milestone.

 

Yeah I ordered mine from milestone b/c the price + free shipping from last week made it the same price to get the notebook AND the optical battery as it would be for just the notebook anywhere else

 

nevermind, I just received an email from zipzoomfly saying that they are sorry for marking the item as stocked, and that it is placed as a backorder. Unfortunately, I cannot cancel now, but if it does not come in two weeks (thier ETA is 08/30/06), then it would be automatically cancelled. I start school 08/28/06. I guess that means I won't have it in time. And they also offer free shipping but it typically takes (5-7 days)

 

anyone know where I could recieve a W3J in my hands before August 28. I might cancel the order with zipzoomfly. I am willing to pay a max price of 1799.99 US. Even if I preorder, is there a possibility I could recieve one. Supposedly zipzoomfly says their ETA (what does eta mean) is august 30, and delivery takes 5-7 days. That means I wont have it until early mid september. Please I am desperate to recieve a W3J just in time for school.

 

Geared2play said they might be getting a shipment tomorrow (tuesday). I think all the shipments go out on the same day so also check the other major retailers, like newegg.com. I too am trying to get my hands on one before school.

 

thanks, but geared2play will probably fill all their backorder first. If you find one that is in stock please PM me. I'll hold on the the backorder on zipzoomfly for now. Until I find one at another retailer that has it in stock. Hopefully G2P has enough to go around, that way I can have one before school.

i just pre ordered an ensemble w3j from geared2play and i hope i get mine on september too..

Yup, we already filled up our pre-orders, so there's nothing left for the moment.
Looks like everyone else will have to wait for the next shipment.
We will be putting up the F3F and F3Jm today [and possible some others] to compensate for the drought on other models.

 

I found a W3J at the following site. Only problem is that the cost of the W3J is $2,128.98 If anyone is really desperate and is willing to pay the extra money then go ahead they have about two at hand and 10 in progrress.

 

BOOM just ordered one from NewEgg. Been watching that URL all day long. Cancelled my W3J order at Milestone and just ordered the optical battery from them instead. It's a little more money this way, but I'm moving soon and already sold my A8Jm, so I really need this stuff pronto.

I called NewEgg myself, and supposedly they ran out. They had one left but now its gone. And I was all excited. Weird how they have a W3j one minute and the next they dont, and then it suddenly appears again.

 

For those who don't need their new ASUS notebook the first week of school [believe me, it's a distraction to most], more units will be arriving in a few weeks...

 

LAME! It was instock at newegg 5 minutes ago and then I had to search for my dorm mailing address. By the time I found it, out of stock

 

That is exactly what I don't get. One minute they have it in stock and the next they are out. Then keep on waiting for about 4 hours and they have more. Is this possible? Where do they get their shipment? I'll keep my eye on Newegg.

 

wow thats crazy.. but i cant order from newegg since i live in NJ where ill get an annoying sales tax slapped on it >_<.
