    ... not in North America.... You're going to have to look to Europe if you want it. Asus was going to bring in the next model in that design - the W6f, but they said the touchpad is flimsy and till they fix those they aren't going to bring that model here.

    Lots of flimsy touchpad issues lately, huh?

    Asus US seems pretty picky, but I guess that is a good thing. Most companies would just sell it regardless.

    Asus as a whole is looking to be very mainstream with both high end and lower end models. However, the US office is still looking at things differently and their quality control really isn't in question.. I'm sure it's a good product. The US being seperate and not really the same company lets them choose what they want to bring in and sell. So if they don't like something, they don't have to bring it in......... in this case they said it was because the touchpad was a little weird and I can certainly respect that.

    I've said it before.. it's either don't bring it in and have people complain that we don't get anything good..... or they bring it in and they all say the product wasn't up to their expectations.... can't really win.
