    Hi everybody,

I have to buy a good 14 inch laptop within this week because my vaio s150 is all but dead, and summer school is about to begin (tomorrow)

which A8 model should i buy? there are about 7 in newegg.com . I want the best battery life, the best cpu and graphics card, as long as the price change agrees with these little differences .. but i did a little research and some say that certain models have a bad monitor/screen?
is vista upgrade easy for these suckers?

i am buying this week so i dont think i can wait until the next month or longer for the new models...

and do you guys know of any stores i can buy these in NYC (Manhattan)

    Thank you very much!

such an A8 doesn't exist. The ones with the best GPU have poorer battery life (A8js, A8jp). The ones with the best battery life, have no GPU (A8f). Its like that for any notebook so you have to see where you want to compromise.. do you want battery life or do you want graphics?

I would take the A8Js. Its the most powerful, and it supposedly has better battery life than the slightly cheaper and nearly as powerful A8Jp because of better GPU throttling features.
