this may seem a stupid question, but i'd really like to know why the W5 is so heavy (especially compared to the S5 or M5). The W5 has a smaller screen (about 65 squared inches) compared to the S5/M5 (about 70 squared inches). what great upgrades in hardware justifies the great leap in weight?

weight is the most important thing to me in a laptop, and i'd like to know if i should pay more for the W5 over the S5/M5

it basically weights the same as the M5 with the 3 cell battery... it's shorter, but wider..... so it's footprint takes up the same amount of space....... about.

But it's coming with the 6 cell battery........ which adds about 1/2 pound....... just like the 9 cell on the M5/S5 will add about a pound to the unit.

Better battery life, camera, bluetooth, RF, s-video out, use of so-dimms instead of smaller u-dimms.

    Thanks,
    Justin
