I'm thinking about buying another CPU for my laptop... do you guys know if the T9800 or X9100 will fit and work?

Yes either will work, but the T9800 will run cooler. Of course it voids your warranty...

When you say cooler, can u giva an example of how cooler in Celsius?
As I live in Brazil I dunno if there will be a warranty. Do u know if this warranty is international? -
If one put the original CPU back in and used similar thermal paste how would ASUS know about him voiding the warranty? Are there little stickers that will break or something?

Just look at the TDP in the specs for the CPUs. That'll give you a rough idea of the difference in heat.
ASUS will know since yes there is a sticker and most importantly, they will know you broke the seal on the thermal pad (they don't use paste in the new models) -

ClearSkies Well no, I'm still here..
Bottom line, if you touch it to remove it the 2 year warranty is void immediately. In many folks' opinions, the minor bump in performance and/or heat/battery life isn't worth that happening. -

what are those pads? So If I am undestanding this right, when I put another CPU, can I still use thermal paste like Artic 5 or is it something else (pad stuff)??? Do you have a picture that shows what is this pads?

That gray thing is the thermal pad. It's different than paste. If you swap the CPU you'll probably want to scrape off the remains of the thermal pad and replace it with thermal paste like arctic 5. That is exactly what I did on my G50V.
Oh... and TDP = thermal design power. It's basically the average amount of power that it is designed to use. The T9800 is 35W and the X9100 is 45W I think. -
I thought TDP is the maximum, not average, power draw / heat output?
