    I've been running the rc of windows 7 and just about everything has been working great but I cant seem to get the built in camera on my g50vt-x5 to work can anyone help me out

    right click and run as admin

    Yeah you need to use Lifeframe. Or you could use VLC player as it has an option to use capture devices, which is what the cam is.

    I prefer XP's way of doing things, you can double click the camera in the list of drives and devices in "My Computer" and it opens an explorer window with what the camera is seeing.
