My z63 won't come back from hibernation. The screen showed that it's loading info from hard drive. But instead of going back into window, it went to blank screen. I waited for like 5-10 mins. Nothing happen. Does anybody have any idea why this happen? I already updated my bios to the latest one that's available on asus website.

    Here's my conf:
    Pentium M 735
    1.5 GB DDRII 533
    60GB 5400 RPM
    Intel Proset 2200BG

There have been previous threads about this problem. Possible causes of the problem are (a) Execute Disable is enabled in the BIOS; (b) the network driver (make sure you have the latest); other drivers.

Search the Asus forum for "hibernation" and see if any of the suggested fixes work for you.

Download the LAN Driver's from Asus' website and re-install. If you run Windows Update, don't let it re-install the LAN drivers from the Windows Update site.

Hibernate works fine on my Z63a... in fact, I just resumed from Hibernate.

I think John is right... I don't have "Execute Disable" enabled in my BIOS; I'm running the latest BIOS and all of my drivers are from the Asus website.
