    Just recieved my z70va yesterday after weeks and weeks of reading raves about this notebook. Wanted to join the ASUS community now :asus: Thanks for all the help guys...lovin it!



    **on a sadder note, I did find 1 dead pixel on my lcd though. :(

Don't worry about the dead pixel...try the Dead Pixel Buddy as Coriolis suggested, as it has worked for some people...if it doesn't work, ask your reseller, they might be nice to you...even still, it's only one pixel and it won't detract from the unit...it's better in person than in pictures eh? I love mine...her name's Celia

    Oh yeah, if the Dead Pixel Buddy doesn't work do as Coriolis said and give her a good full body massage :D

    Please check the LCD panel, not only the dead pixel, but also the red ghosting. hope you get a wonderful machine.

    Thanks for all the friendly welcomes! If it wasn't for this website, I probably woulda been just part of the masses and got a very average dell lappy. Instead, I got a pretty **** good lookin' ASUS.
