Asus says that their notebooks cannot have an hdd larger than 80gb and so does nvidia about the mobo. However, some people are saying that they are using 100gb hdds. I was wondering is anyone can verify that a 100gb hdd will work with the z80k. The reson why I am asking is because I just saw that Seagate has a 100gb 7200rpm 2.5" hdd. While my 80gb 5400rpm hitachi is a great drive and almost as fast as the 7200rpm hitachi drive I would love to get a 100gb 7200rpm drive. Plus according to the specs the Seagate drive seem to be a lot more durable than Hitachi's product.

Rest asured it does support 100gb 2.5" drives. Asus site is full of gramar errors. The z80k also supports native ddr400 (pc3200) and all the downward compatible modules. It will take 2gb of ram 1gbx2 but be carefull it is picky.
