i was just browsing prices of notebooks with 15.4" screens and considered a barebone z96j when i came across this LINK

if you look under the processor options the t7200 and t7400 are there. these aren't available yet are they? is there gonna be a waiting period if i choose one of these options? what's the dealio?!

yes, you will have to wait for your reseller to get Meron in stock.

    1) I doubt it's actually in stock and more of a pre-order type thing.

    2) Meroms are supposed to be the same price as Yonahs (if looking at the same speed), but they aren't on this site so...I don't necessarily trust that.

and maybe the t5000 series would be priced closely to yonah, but the t7000 series has the 4mb cache which equals a higher cost
