So.. I just got my xps 15 back from service. the old problem, overheating, seems to be fixed now (they replaced the heatsink), but now there's a new issue.

all sound seems to be coming from the subwoofer under the laptop. the 2 normal speakers on the top doesn't make any sound :S I got the laptop back from service yesterday, and before the service there wasn't any problems with this. seems like the guys that replaced the heatsink, some how managed to unplug the speakers or something 0.0

also: the laptop isn't old at all. got it around 17th october

any other xps 15 owners having this problem?

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated :)

Maybe they forgot to attach the cable to the motherboard.

You could fix it yourself but might be easier or better getting them to pay for their mistakes!
