    Hi all,

I have a little problem with the HDMI output resolution on my XPS M1530.

If I use the latest Dell's certified drivers (174.31 if I remember well) and I plug in the HDMI cable, I can push the resolution up to 1080p on my ext display (a Full HD TV Toshiba Regza), instead if I use ANY modded driver (so with a modified .inf), I can reach at most my LCD Panel res (WXGA in my case), even if I select the External TV as the only output display.
In my Nvidia CP i can see the FULLHD res, btw it doesn't work even if i select it from there.

Now from the experiences of many users, the 177.xx seems to be better than the 174, but I can't use them for the problem mentioned above.

Is there any way to override this "issue"?

    Thanks in advance
