Basically my Laptop bust inside warranty I emailed Technical support they said ok a guy will be around to your house.

They took all week I had to book off two days of holiday and 3 days of unpaid holiday.

During this week they replace nurmerous parts taking 1-2 hours each day I had to stay inside and wait for them wasting my time.

They couldn't fix it the laptop and suggested a replacement....

About 2 weeks later Dell arrange for my laptop to be colelcted yesterday (thursday) I had to wait for the courier who arrived about 3pm - another wasted day. I then had to wait friday (today) for the new one arrived I waited from 6:30am to 9:30pm at night for it to arrive and Guess What? It didn't arrive another unpaid day off.

Total bull they waste my time and money . I would rather they just give me my money back and I will buy a Sony Vaio. My Boss is not happy I have had no working laptop...booked days off with no notice...

What should I do at this point ?

I am out of pocket for my unpaid days.
No laptop - I was happier when I had the faulty on.
Wasted my time - I have had to wait each day for courier or repair man.

What kind of warranty did you have? Next business day? If so I'd ask to speak to a senior manager, explain the hassle you're having and don't get off the phone until a suitable outcome has been agreed.

Yes I have Next Business Day. Engineers came to my house and worked in the office coming back for 5 days each day with seperate parts even replacing parts that had been replaced ?!?

It's funny I emailed the dell helpdesk man assigned to my case on Thursday as it hit 3:00pm as I wasn't sure if the laptop was still going to be collected - he responded within an hour.

On Friday I rang the courier as I know knew who it was as they had previously collected the old laptop. I asked them if they had any scheduled deliveries for me. They said no but it might have been because I didn't have any reference numbers. I emailed him at 1pm on friday and he never replied..
