I have an M1730 that's been working great. The past few nights, though, it seems to be rebooting in the early morning (I am woken by the sound of the Vista login screen). The battery seems to be dead and is charging up, but now it looks like it's just getting to 70%. I just got the power adapter/cord replaced from dell since the last one was dying, but is this new thing a symptom of my batter, mobo, or something else? (It has no problems during the day whatsoever, just at night. I close the lid at night, btw; no hibernation/sleep/anything settings are enabled)

I'll post more details as people request them. Thanks in advance for the help!

As far as the rebooting goes, check and see if windows is set to automatically update. If it is then turn that off. It might be installing patches that require a restart.
