i have a studio xps 16 with rgbled screen.

the screen had a vertical line of blue pixels so i called dell to fix the computer.

basically, i think they are replacing it with a non RGB display. this is what i see under my service call.

0FD9Y ASSEMBLY..., LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY..., 16FHD, BLACK..., 1645/1647

so just to confirm , is this the rgb display or the normal one?

the tech has not come yet so i dont want to schedule an appointment in case this is the wrong display.

It's probably the RGB. The WLED monitors are 15.6", not 16".

which year/week? After going through several RGB screens I found the 2009 version was the best one with no flaws.
