Weirdest thing is currently happening, I heard something come from the floor just now. It sounded like a mouse or something chewing/clawing away at something. I freaked out I searched the entire room and finally narrowed down the sound to my damn power adapter. It was making a sort of clicking/ light scratching noise. It's still doing it, is this normal, this is the first time I've heard it.

Heres an MP3 I made of the noise.

I had time to do a little testing, I can't figure out why it's doing it but I kno how to reproduce the noise. If the system is in use it doesn't click at all, but as soon as the screen dims and then turns off while the system is running the clicking/popping noise starts.
