I have an 1340 with windows 7 from dell.
Recently I've started to have problem with my speakers. Sound is very corrupted and I can barely hear anything. I really believe its a hardware problem but a technician been at my place twice and changed the speakers and the motherboard itself and still I get the same sound.
    Anyone know this ?

WOW, so, the tech reinstalled windows, changed speakers, and installed a new motherboard. And your sound is the same as before. Sounds like Dell should be getting you another machine. If you have had a fresh install on all supporting software, BIOS, Drivers, Then I would definitely put it in Dells lap, And ask for a replacement. Sorry I have no tech info I just hope you get things worked out
