I have a Sony bluetooth mouse. Worked fine with my old laptop, but when I try to add this as a device to my 1530 (I do press/hold the connect button on the bottom) and search for bluetooth devices, it simply tells me there are no bluetooth devices detected.

Any suggestions? The laptop has Dell Truemobile 355 bluetooth, and this is the first bluetooth device I've tried.

also, in the bluetooth settings > options > you might wanna enable allow bt devices to connect to this computer... as well as try by enabling the first option, "allow bt devices to find this computer"...

And I assume you are adding through the wizard... also make sure you check the box next to "my device is set up and ready to be found"... please let us know of any error msg or better, a screenshot or a snipping tool picture.. Thanks.

also can you give a little bit more spec on the bluetooth mouse or the model ???

And just to be sure, have you gone through the compatibility list (or limitations, if any) for the sony mouse??

if you can find the bluetooth address on the mouse, you can try entering the adderss into the computer manually, if that is possible
