I want to get rid of some of the programs that run on startup in order to make the process quicker. I'm not sure what all of these programs are, and which ones I need. Also would removing something like adobe acrobat or quicktime mean that I can't run files that require them until I manually open the programs?

These can go. You can also uncheck if you don't use them the remote, Google Desktop, Trend Micro, and Bluetooth.

If you uncheck adobe you can still open PDFs without having to open Adobe first. But get Foxit Reader, Adobe sucks.
