Well, i received my brand new 1530 on June the 5th and was very happy to say the least The laptop ran great, and i experienced almost no lag from day one. Also, one important note to say was that the first day i got it i checked everything, the build, the sturdiness and the overall quality of the laptop and came up with no problems.
Here's where the problems start:
1) Hard Drives Noises- Very loud clicking sounds coming off of what I'm guessing to be the hard drive every minute or so at totally random times. It will either stop and only happen once or continuously keep clicking without stop. Very annoying but if there's no solution I'm sure i could live with it. (Searched issue and found a topic explaining how to fix it, but the program they say to install changes my screen brightness and adds an extra 4 or 5 things to my task bar. Looks ugly on it and doesn't really seem worth it. Any Suggestions?
2) Pieces of hardware started to move- The two pieces highlighted in red (as shown below) have begun to move, although not noticeable unless using your own hand to do the moving, to me it's obvious this should not be happening. If i place my finger on top of them and slide my finger either direction, the pieces will go back and forth without any pressure at all. Any Suggestions?

3) The most worrying of all!- Today while playing CounterStrike lookalike "Urban Terror" (free, looks and feels almost exactly the same) the game decided to freeze, all of a sudden a terrifying blue screen pops up with a nice long paragraph to read, i began of course but before i could finish my computer restarted and all went back to normal. From what i did read though it mentioned something about my videocard and some funky error.
When the computer did restart i got a nice message from windows that read as follows:

If anyone has any suggestions or help, please give! I would like to know if this is worth worrying about or not.
Thanks again to all!
(PS: I'm still under my warranty if anyone is wondering, or at least I'm guessing i am. I'm from Canada, so maybe ours works a bit differently but it hasn't been more than 2 weeks since it arrived.

Check for driver upgrades. From what I hear the included drivers on the m1530 for graphics suck... The moving parts (that you show in the picture) seem to be problematic on a lot of m1530. Design flaw? It is a manufacturer's defect though, unless the computer has been dropped, and is therefore covered under warranty. The hard drive clicking could be a possible sign of a potential failure. Use HDTune or a similar program to check your drive's SMART status.

Yeah those two parts right there, are just stupid design on Dell's part. If you want take the media bar off (really easy to do, just look @ the dell service manual), and you will see what I am talking about (and might even be able to fix it).
1530- The Issues, help please!
