This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Anyone else have problems with the touchpad.?
    I have been through 2 machines, 2 touchpads, multiple bios updates, multiple driver updates, registry hack by Dell tech, still with scrolling and freezing plus erratic behavior problems. Spent about 50 hours on this.

    They want to exchange the machine for a new one, first offering a 502x then sending another 15z.

    Thoughts and solutions appreciated.
