    Hi my friends,

my xps studio 16, with A09, sometimes is very noisely because the fan work every moment, also not in high mode, but isn't silent.

This happened always, also while use firefox to surf internet, or doing nothing of heavy..

On this forum, i found a program called i8kgui... that allow to set the rotation of the vent to off, low or high..

    IT WORK!!

but.. the ability to set it only in three step isn't really the best..
because sometimes, the low rotation can't cool down the temp, and also the high rotation HIGHLY SUCKS..

The tool allow me to set the vent to work in automatic mode, and can set it to rotate low or not rotate when the temp is under a particular temp, and increase to max when is over..

But when use this option.. windows lag!!

Anyone can manage the fan without that problem??

    thanks a lot
