About 10 Keys randomly do not work. Unbelievable. I've had it with this machine after 10 days. I'm requesting a refund.

This happened to me as well.

    + Throttling
    + Hot Power Supply
    + Video Crashing constantly

They sent out a tech to replace motherboard, keyboard and power supply.

Keyboard problem is fixed. Others still persists.

I have all three issues as well. I called Dell & got a refund based on a "Defective" machine. It's truly amazing that Dell expects us to accept multiple design defects as "normal", and that a repair technician is SOP.
