so they sent me a new motherboard to replace two weeks ago and while removing it and swapping the cpu and stuff i noticed the thermal pads on the GPU ram/southbridge/etc were no longer in good shape so i removed them and contacted Dell for replacements. they sent out a single thermal pad for the CPU not once but twice, which is the normal kind that isn't thick like the others and won't work. Then they sent a 1640 heatsink which is completely wrong but are claiming it's correct and that there are no heatsink for the other components and the thermal pads they sent were right as well. Now they may still work with me on this but I want to send information to the Senior Resolution specilist assisgned now showing that he's not correct and that they are items in this machine matching my description and exactly what the components look like. Only i tossed my pads, i was wondering if anyone had any pictures of their 1645 heatsink with pads still intact? I want it for comparison. I think I can Google the heatsink part number and show I recieved a 1640 one, plus it's physically incompatible and very different. thanks!

This might help with the heatsink part.
