    They used the XPS notebook a few times in the "Ocean's thirteen" show. Anybody notice that? I watched it for the first time tonight.
    What other Movies do they have Dell's in?

    Speaking of appearances, the Dell range features in almost every episode of the current Stargate Atlantis series. It really makes me want to buy myself an XPS..

    SOOOOO many movies/TV shows use dell desktops and laptops. In the horror movie 1408, the main character used a dell laptop for all of his work and to webcam with his ex-girlfriend or ex-wife or something. I can't remember, I saw it like 9 months ago lol

    Yup, I remember that - they also had a bunch of 20 inch FPs (which at that time, was a huge thing since they were nearly a 1000 bucks a pop). Also, House, M.D. features Dells on many of their episodes. The monitors used on the MRI machines are Dells, and more recently, there was an episode where the Latitude X1 tablet was featured as well. I guess that is a good way for Dell to market its target - the health care field.

    I watched the baddie in Die Hard 4.0 throw a perfectly good Alienware notebook at a wall a couple of days ago. It was a tender scene. I sobbed a little.

    ...

    I don't honestly think I was supposed to, as he was actually trying to be all-scary-like... but it was a tear jerker from my perspective... the poor little bugger didn't stand a chance...

    V For Vendetta has Dell monitors.

    Casino Royale has at least one Sony laptop, as well as various other Sony items (most prominently cell phones).

    I think National Treasure (the original) has an Alienware laptop, but I'd have to check that.

    National Treasure 2 has a black macbook, blackberry and Sony UX I believe.

    Veronica Mars is all mac stuff AFAIK, same with One tree Hill (what? I watch teen drama)!

    Dell seems to have major sponsorships with a lot of movies and hit tv shows. They're practically the computer of choice when it comes to Hollywood.
