    Would any of you know if Dell will do a Black Friday sale on the XPS17.

    Also, if the model I am buying comes with an NVIDIA gt550m 1GB GPU, how fast should minecraft play? I have heard that the is problems.

    Finally, How do all of you like the XPS 17? Have any of you had overheating issues or problems with the fan? If so how did they end up? Resolved?

    black friday sale??

    i dont see why minecraft shouldn't play flawlessly even with the hd 3000.

    Love the xps 17, it does kick out quite a bit of heat but is expected, no issues though, fan works fine for me.

    With my GT540m I can easily max Minecraft and get 200+fps, so you shouldn't have any issues whatsoever. As for the Black Friday sale, I have no idea.
