    2nd Hard Disk Drive Caddy

    I got this hard disk drive caddy from Ebay:

    12.7mm SATA 2nd HDD caddy for ACER BENQ HP DELL ASUS (eBay item 290457963932 end time 23-Nov-10 20:56:50 AEDST) : Computers

    This caddy wasn't a perfect fit for the SXPS 16 so I added notes on what needed to be dremel'ed. If you have a dremel, then it's an okay quality caddy for the price.

    The fit is a little bit tricky too, you have to insert the outside part first, then the part with the connector. If you install it flat, without angling it, it doesn't fit right. Notes in the images.

    Good work amigo, welcome to the sxps16 dual hdd club and the ssd club.
    Im about to join the 5730 club, just called dell about throttling issues and they are sending a tech out this week to replace my mboard with a 5730 part :)
