hey everyone I ordered my xps m1530 on the 27th of May with an estimated ship date of June 16th. I thought that was pretty long to ship but sucked it up. Then they delayed it to the 23rd, which I was mad about but could handle. Now they delayed it AGAIN to the 30th. I don't know how many more times this is gonna happen but I called Dell and got some foreign guy who was not helpful at all.
Has anyone else had trouble with this and could you maybe let me know how long it took you to get your m1530 after your 2nd delay, thanks.

Use that number, as always be polite but firm. I was able to get next day shipping on my first call. There was a 15 min wait to get through, but I got it. I've heard of others getting upgrades and whatnot, but I had no luck (made a second call) and was told there is no such option (most likely a deter me) I was busy and didn't have time to argue so I left it at that. -
hey thanks a lot, I'll be calling that number today. Hopefully they will at least give me 1-day shipping... but it would be nice to get an upgrade or 2
