This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I recently upgraded to Windows 7, and ever since my touch volume controls haven't worked. If I press the button, it will adjust the volume once, but holding it down doesn't continuously adjust the volume like it had when I was running Vista. I contacted Dell Support, and they told me to download Quickset, but that didn't help. Has anyone had this problem/fixed it? Thanks!
